From the 4th until the 7th of September 2023, partners gathered in Ljubljana, Slovenia to attend the last transnational partners’ meeting of our project. Partners got the opportunity to explain and present the activities carried out at the local level with their students or beneficiaries.

Together For Sustainable Development Goals is an Erasmus + project funded by the Norwegian national agency. It gathers 7 partners from 6 different countries and aims at providing skills and knowledge to support activism and practical steps towards implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
The project targets:
- Students, as the adults of the future who need to learn about the importance of the SDGs and develop ways to achieve them.
- Teachers and trainers who also need to learn how to make SDGs an integral part of the curriculum and teaching and learning of core subjects.
