Lesson plan: At Rothaugen school in Norway, the 8th and 9th grade elective “Design and Redesign” have visited “Gjenbruksuken” (https://bir.no/aktuelt/bli-med-paa-gjenbruksuken/) in the Bergen city center. Here they looked at vintage shoes and clothes, were able to watch live upcycling of clothes and there were even shoes made by actual shoemakers which had not been picked up by the original customers. A great way to get inspiration and even a bargain or two.
